I am regrettably lactose intolerant.
I've always loved cheese, it's delicious, it's comforting and it's easy.
I've grappled and argued with my body's decision for years and have finally come to the terms that although I love cheese, it doesn't love me.
As with any other toxic relationship I've FINALLY decided to say bye to dairy and focus on my health, heart and happiness. Will I find true joy without cheese? We are yet to see, but this blog has been created to start that journey with delicious plant-based recipes that will (hopefully) bring a different kind of cheesy grin to my face.
